1. The program

When you join the Lumen Bioactives (LumenBio) early access list and check the consent box, you agree to receive recurring marketing text messages from Lumen Bioactives at the mobile number you gave us. Messages include launch news, early access notices and offers about our peppers.

2. Who can join

The list is for people 18 and older who live in the United States.

3. Consent

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

4. Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You can expect up to 4 messages per month.

5. Cost

Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. Lumen Bioactives does not charge for the messages.

6. How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will get one last message to confirm, and then no more messages unless you join again.

7. How to get help

Reply HELP to any message, or write to marketing@lumenbioactives.com.

8. Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Privacy

We handle your information as described in our Privacy policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
